FAST START BONUS: Paid the next week — $30 per personally sponsored subscriber.                         .
If each subscriber refers just 3 personally sponsored subscribers in their first month:  3 X $30 = $90 – $79 = $11 profit.  This gets them to break even right away, gives them checks they can show others, and will boost their enthusiasm with every commission check received.

RESIDUAL COMMISSION: Paid once monthly – Unlimited Width Matrix (Unilevel) 10 Levels Deep.

Explanation:  Forced Matrices encourage laziness because many people just take positions, do nothing, and expect others to build their businesses for them.  A traditional “Uni-level” is different, in that it requires each person to put forth effort to build their business, and to be rewarded according to the effort they put forth.

The $30 fast start will encourage non-networkers to think about minimally getting 3 so they can break even with their initial expense.  If each person accomplishes this at a minimum, it would allow them to build a 3 x 10 matrix within the Unilevel.  Experienced networkers, on the other hand, will be able to build wide and be rewarded for their leadership and wide building efforts.

Qualifications:
Personally sponsor 1 subscriber = Receive compensation for levels 1 – 4
Personally sponsor 2 subscribers  = Receive compensation for levels 1 – 7
Personally sponsor 3 subscribers = Receive compensation for levels 1 – 10

Explanation: While the illustration and explanation above is based on completing a 3×10 matrix within the Unilevel, this is an Unlimited Width Unilevel designed to reward experienced networkers while also allowing non-networkers to earn a meaningful income by simply referring 3 subscribers who refer 3, etc., etc.  Because there is no limit to how many people you can have on your first level, an experienced networker could create a SUBSTANTIAL income with this compensation plan.

Levels 1 and 2 = $3 ea. With these first two levels, we felt it was important to get you and your downline to a break even, and even into profit, if you and they simply got three who each got three.  This is something that everyone should feel they can accomplish.  You only need 10 people in your first two levels to break even.   Once someone is  at a break even they should never quit.

Levels 3, 4, 5 = $2 ea.
We want you making as much as possible, but not so much on these levels that it reduces your future earnings potential.

Levels 6 & 7 = $3 ea.
Because we have so many more people on these levels, paying you more money here will help you get to income replacement that much quicker.

Level 8 = $1
Again, we want people to earn a meaningful amount of money from this level.

Levels 9 and 10 = $0.50
On these levels, there are so many people that receiving just $0.50 per person can still result in substantial sums of money.

Dynamic Compression:  In the event someone does not pay their monthly subscription fee, their position within your genealogy, for the purposes of paying commission, will “disappear,” and all commissions will be paid upward, as if they were not there.  If someone goes inactive and reactivates within 6 months of being inactive, they will “reappear” for purposes of paying commission.  If this happens, they will receive commission for the next pay period, but will not receive back pay for any commissions they did not qualify to receive while they were inactive.
